But what if it rains?
It turns out that the options are limited.
Most countries require some sort of test or course before someone can become a citizen. But the Netherlands has gone farther than most countries in its pursuit of a harmonious “Dutch” society….C.Note takes the customer view.
We made a short movie about waiting in line – something scientists say we spend 2-3 years of our lives doing.
We observed over 100 lines and interviewed more than 50 line standers. This gave us a few practical ideas on how to make lines better, from a customer point of view.
