“Trust is the new black”

Sheryl Connoly, an authorative trend watcher for one of the largest U.S. car manufacturers Ford, remarks that in 2013 “trust is the new black.” Trust is becoming scarce and trust in brands has gone down with 50 percent over the last decade. Therefore trust is more valuable than ever these days to brands that manage to build it.
